Ingredients:
- 4 cups sushi rice
- 4 sheets nori seaweed
- 4 oz sushi-grade tuna, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1/4 cup pickled ginger
- Soy sauce, for dipping
- Wasabi, for serving
- Pickled radish, for garnish
- Black sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions
Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat
Spread a layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border
Arrange tuna, avocado, and cucumber in a line across the rice
Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, sealing the edge with a bit of water
Slice the sushi roll into 8 pieces
Top each piece with a slice of pickled ginger and a sprinkle of black sesame seeds
Garnish the plate with pickled radish
