Knob Creek bourbon is used to make this classic Mint Julep, which is great for drinking on a hot summer day.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Knob Creek bourbon
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- Crushed ice
Instructions:
Mix the mint leaves and simple syrup together in a julep cup or glass
Put crushed ice in the cup
Boil Knob Creek bourbon and pour it over the ice
Mix everything together slowly
Add a sprig of mint as a garnish
Serve right away
