You can enjoy the tasty garlic butter with shirataki noodles for a low-carb take on a classic pasta dish.
Ingredients:
- 2 packs shirataki noodles
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Give shirataki noodles a good rinse in cold water and let them drain well
Put butter in a pan and heat it over medium heat
When the butter melts, add the garlic minced and cook until it smells good
Put the drained shirataki noodles in the pan and add the garlic butter
Toss the noodles to coat them in the butter
Stir every now and then for 3 to 4 minutes
Add the Parmesan cheese and keep cooking until the cheese melts and the noodles are hot all the way through
Add pepper and salt to taste
Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley
