Ingredients:
- 1 lb sirloin steak
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup candied pecans
- 1 apple, thinly sliced

- For Apple Cider Vinaigrette:
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Season the sirloin steak with salt and pepper on both sides
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the steak to your desired doneness about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare
Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly
In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, dried cranberries, candied pecans, apple slices, and crumbled feta cheese
