Ingredients:
- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Place the diced potatoes and 1 cup of water in the Instant Pot
Close the lid, set the vent to Sealing, and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes
