Dijon Almond Crusted Tilapia

A delicious and keto-friendly dish featuring tilapia fillets coated in a crunchy almond crust with a hint of Dijon mustard.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup crushed almonds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C

On both sides, season the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper

Cover each fillet with a thin layer of Dijon mustard

Crunch up some almonds and mix them with almond flour in a shallow dish

Cover every fillet with the almond mixture and lightly press it to stick

A skillet that can go in the oven should have olive oil in it

For two minutes on each side, sear the tilapia fillets until they turn golden brown

Place the skillet in an oven that has already been heated up

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the fish is flaky when tested with a fork

Warm it up and serve it with lemon wedges
