Brownie Crusted Cookie Dough Cheesecake

Indulge in the ultimate decadence with this Brownie Crusted Cookie Dough Cheesecake. Layers of rich brownie, chewy cookie dough, and creamy cheesecake create a dessert masterpiece that will satisfy every sweet craving.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 3 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions:

Bring the oven up to 350 degrees F 175 degrees C

Clean and grease a 9-inch springform pan

Mix brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, and two eggs together in a bowl until everything is well mixed

Spread the brownie batter out evenly in the bottom of the springform pan that has been prepared

Spread the cookie dough out evenly on top of the brownie batter

Cream cheese and sugar should be mixed in a different bowl until they are smooth

Add the eggs one at a time, making sure to beat well after each one

Sour cream and vanilla extract should be mixed in well

Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the cookie dough in the pan

It should be baked in a hot oven for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the edges are just beginning to brown

Place a wire rack inside the pan and let the cheesecake cool all the way down

Put it in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight before you serve it

Cut it up and serve it cold
