Ingredients:

- 5 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large burger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 pickle slices
- 4 slices of red onion
- Ketchup and mustard for topping
Instructions:
Ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, diced onions, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl
Mix everything together well
Cut the mixture into four equal parts and shape each one into a big burger patiety
Warm up your grill or pan on the stove over medium-high heat
Put the burger patties on the grill or pan and cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until theyre done the way you like them
Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and let it melt in the last minute of cooking
In a toaster or on the grill, toast the burger buns until theyre just barely browned
Put a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun of your XXL burger, then a burger patty with melted cheese, a tomato slice, a pickle slice, and a red onion slice
Put ketchup and mustard on the top bun, and then put it on top of the burger
Enjoy your XXL burger while its still hot
