Delicious and refreshing strawberry ice cream pops perfect for a summer treat
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a blender, puree the strawberries until smooth
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form
Gently fold the condensed milk and vanilla extract into the whipped cream
Mix in the strawberry puree until well combined
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds
Insert popsicle sticks into the molds
Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm
