Ingredients:
- 8 oz farfalle pasta
- 1 lb salmon fillets, skin removed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the package to cook farfalle pasta until it is al dente
Remove the water and set it aside
Use salt and pepper to season the salmon fillets with
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-high heat
Put in the salmon fillets and cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done
Take it out of the pan and break it up into small pieces
Add minced garlic to the same pan and cook until it smells good
Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and chopped dill, and mix well
Bring it to a simmer and let it cook for two to three minutes, until it gets a little thicker
Put cooked farfalle pasta and salmon flake into the pan
Mix everything together slowly until the creamy sauce covers everything well
To taste, add more salt and pepper to the food
If you want, you can serve it hot with grated Parmesan cheese and extra chopped dill on top
