Ingredients:
- 1 package chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup Kahlua
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 Heath Bars, chopped
Instructions:
Prepare chocolate cake mix according to package instructions
Once baked, let the cake cool and then cut it into small cubes
In a bowl, mix Kahlua with the chocolate cake cubes and let it soak
In another bowl, prepare the chocolate pudding by mixing the instant pudding mix with cold milk
Refrigerate until set
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form
Assemble the parfait by layering soaked chocolate cake cubes, chocolate pudding, whipped cream, and chopped Heath Bars in serving glasses
Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a dollop of whipped cream on top
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld
Garnish with additional chopped Heath Bars before serving
